If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phgaming support immediately and change your password without delay.
phgaming may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may be suspended.
phgaming accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phgaming's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits are credited to your phgaming wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. phgaming is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The Platform monitors transactions for suspicious activity. phgaming reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
phgaming actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.
phgaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
All games available on the phgaming Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a periodic basis. The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phgaming's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. phgaming is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interrupted sessions on the player's end.
phgaming reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgaming Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgaming's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phgaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phgaming has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phgaming does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phgaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phgaming will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
